If you don&#8217;t love our products, return them within 1 week of receiving the order for a full refund &#8211; just contact us and we&#8217;ll take care of you. To be eligible for a refund, products must be sent back to us in the same condition as they were received. Please note that once the products have been used in any way, we cannot offer a refund as the products cannot be resold. We will inspect the bat once we receive it and then issue a refund.
